Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally or pound them to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sear until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes per side.
- Make the Sauce: Remove the chicken from the skillet. Lower the heat, add butter, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Create Creamy Mixture: Pour in heavy cream while stirring to deglaze. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer until thickened.
- Combine Chicken with Sauce: Return the seared chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 2–3 minutes to coat.
