- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3-5 lemons)
- 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake the crust for about 8 minutes until slightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the warm crust and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the center is set but still jiggles slightly.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before refrigerating for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and fresh lemon slices.
