- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, add oil and cook the seasoned chicken strips until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in linguine pasta and enough broth to cover; add heavy cream and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Remove from heat, let sit briefly, then serve garnished with extra Cajun seasoning if desired.
