Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Drain and rinse chickpeas under cool water; dry thoroughly using a kitchen towel.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- Spread chickpeas evenly on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Mix spices in separate bowls based on flavor profiles.
- Once roasted, divide chickpeas into bowls for flavoring.
- Toss with olive oil and desired spices; return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes for sweet variation.
