Ingredients
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 oz chopped artichoke hearts (drained)
- 12 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ⅔ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cream cheese in the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the mixture.
- Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
- Stir to incorporate melted cream cheese; cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
