- 2 cups plus 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly before adding in the eggs and extracts; whisk until combined.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures gently; fold in the blueberries.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pie dish and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle remaining blueberries on top and add extra sugar.
- Bake for 34-39 minutes until edges are set; cool before serving.
