  • 1 small head kale (chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 12 large eggs (beaten)
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken sausage until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped kale, cherry tomatoes, cooked chicken sausage, feta cheese, beaten eggs, and sea salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Lightly grease a baking dish and pour the mixture evenly into it.
