  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 370 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring until juices are released.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture simmers. Lower the heat and let it simmer for approximately 8 minutes until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to separate the pulp from the seeds.
  4. Scrape the bottom of the strainer to extract as much pulp as possible.
  5. Allow the coulis to cool to room temperature before transferring it to an airtight container.
