- 14-15 oz canned salmon (well drained)
- 1 medium yellow onion (finely diced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley (finely minced)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil (divided)
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
Instructions
- Sauté diced onion and red bell pepper in a skillet with olive oil and butter until soft and golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flaked salmon, sautéed vegetables, Panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties and cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with tartar sauce or your choice of dipping sauce.
