  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries under cold water, remove stems, and slice into quarters.
