- 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

- 1/2 cup fruit juice sweetened dried blueberries (for Blueberry Lemon)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for Blueberry Lemon)
- 1 tsp lemon zest (for Blueberry Lemon)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (for Blueberry Lemon)
- 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries (lightly crushed) (for Strawberry Vanilla)

- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for Cherry Almond)
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice (for Cherry Almond)
- 1/8 tsp almond extract (for Cherry Almond)
- Optional Additions:
- 2 scoops 6 tablespoons vanilla collagen or plant-based protein
- 1.25 ounce package sprinkles or 8 teaspoons
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats and ground flax or chia seeds in a mixing bowl. If using spices, add them now.
- Stir in nut butter, maple syrup or honey, optional vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined.
- Choose your flavor variation and add the specified ingredients for that flavor; mix well.
- Portion out the mixture using a cookie scoop or tablespoon. Aim for 18–22 bites depending on size.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
