- 1 cup gluten free oats

- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- dash salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten free oats, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
- Using a cookie scooper or your hands, shape portions of the dough onto a baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are lightly browned. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
