Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cooked orzo pasta, halved grape tomatoes, sliced red onion, sliced kalamata olives, drained garbanzo beans, and crumbled feta cheese.
- In a separate jar, mix together lemon juice, red apple vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, pressed garlic cloves, diced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and olive oil. Secure the lid and shake well to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture in the bowl and gently toss until all ingredients are coated.
- For optimal flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
