Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a baking tray or silicone molds, creating bite-sized portions.
- Freeze for about 10 minutes or until firm.
- While freezing, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate and return them to the tray. Optionally sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Freeze again until set.
