Ingredients
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 1/2 cups cold water (divided)
- 2 cups strawberries
- Plenty of ice cubes
- Strawberry slices (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Fresh mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse strawberries under cold water, remove stems, and slice. Blend until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice, sugar, and 2 cups of cold water until sugar dissolves.
- Add blended strawberries to the pitcher and stir in remaining cold water.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving over ice with garnishes.
