Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough or multigrain bread
- 4 slices white cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- Butter for grilling
- Cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer 2 slices of white cheddar cheese.
- Add thinly sliced peaches, sprinkle with cracked black pepper, drizzle with honey, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Close with the second slice of bread (buttered side out).
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and melty.
