Ingredients
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh rosemary (or thyme), chopped
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine hot honey and minced garlic; stir until smooth.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the hot honey mixture over it.
- Top with crumbled feta and sprinkle chopped rosemary around.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
