Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms gently with a damp cloth to remove dirt without rinsing.
  2. Slice the mushrooms into uniform pieces for even cooking.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. In a small bowl, mix miso paste and soy sauce with warm water until smooth.
