  • 8 ounces Bowtie Pasta (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (shaved, shredded, or fresh grated)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and water to reach desired consistency; add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then add bowtie pasta and simmer until al dente.
