Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the croissants in half horizontally and arrange them closely in a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ready-made custard, milk, and lemon curd until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the arranged croissants, gently pressing down to ensure they absorb the liquid.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until set and slightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar and serving with pouring cream.
