- 20 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
- 12 ounces whipped topping
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, dissolve the lemon jello in boiling water using a whisk. Allow it to cool for about 20 minutes.
- In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple using a hand mixer until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the cooled jello until well combined.
- Fold in 12 ounces of whipped topping until just blended.
- Pour into a glass serving bowl or a 9×13 pan, cover, and chill for at least four hours before serving.
