- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 cups all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting blueberries)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen, dusted with flour)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually mix in sugar, followed by eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; then gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Gently fold in the blueberries with a rubber spatula.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
