- 2 1/2 cups flour

- 100 g semisweet chocolate (melted for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, orange juice, hot coffee, vanilla extract, and orange zest to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- For frosting, beat butter until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar and cocoa powder; stir in melted semisweet chocolate and orange zest until smooth.
- Once cooled, frost the cake evenly with the chocolate-orange buttercream.
