- 1 package (14 oz) Lemon Oreos, crushed
- ½ cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
- 2½ cups cold milk
- 2 cups whipped topping (for topping)
- Lemon zest or slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Lemon Oreos with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
- Whisk together instant lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping for a beautiful finish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Garnish with fresh lemon zest if desired.
