- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface and evenly distribute the chicken mixture on each.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to secure the filling.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and slice if desired. Serve warm.
