- 3 tablespoons white apple vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a small food processor or blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and emulsified. Taste for seasoning adjustments.
- If you don’t have a food processor, whisk ingredients in a bowl or shake them in a mason jar until well combined.
- Serve over your favorite salad chilled or at room temperature.
