- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it or lining with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and mix in softened butter and eggs until combined.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; lumps are okay.
- Fold in pecans evenly throughout the batter without overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
