Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; it's fine if there are small lumps.
