  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Greek seasoning, and vinegar.
  3. Add chicken, ensuring it's well-coated in the marinade; let sit for at least 10 minutes.
