  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz steak, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz lo mein or spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey to create the teriyaki sauce; set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, add shrimp and sauté until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Return steak to the pan, pour in teriyaki sauce, and mix well to coat ingredients.
  6. Toss in cooked noodles until heated through. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
