- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz steak, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz lo mein or spaghetti noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey to create the teriyaki sauce; set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned; remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add shrimp and sauté until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes).
- Return steak to the pan, pour in teriyaki sauce, and mix well to coat ingredients.
- Toss in cooked noodles until heated through. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
