Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

- Mash the ripe bananas with a fork and fold them into the butter-sugar mixture.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Incorporate baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour; stir gently to combine without overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
