- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Line a pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, crushed graham crackers, chia seeds, mini-chocolate chips, and mallow bits until well mixed.
- Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla to the dry mixture and combine thoroughly; using your hands may help.
- Scoop out 1-inch balls from the mixture and roll them tightly between your hands before placing them on the parchment-lined pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
