  • 2 cups fresh spinach (or frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Sauté the spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted; drain excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, combine sautéed spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the filling over the rolled-out dough, leaving a border around edges. Fold over to seal.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with melted garlic butter before slicing and serving warm.
