Ingredients
- 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
- 2 cups fresh spinach (or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Sauté the spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted; drain excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine sautéed spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the filling over the rolled-out dough, leaving a border around edges. Fold over to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted garlic butter before slicing and serving warm.
