Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Cooked noodles of your choice
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: thinly slice the flank steak, clean and devein the shrimp, and mince the garlic.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
- Sear the sliced flank steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned but tender; then remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add more oil if necessary, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds), then add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes).
- Return the cooked steak to the skillet with shrimp, gently stir to combine flavors.
- Serve immediately over your choice of cooked noodles or alongside steamed vegetables.
