- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plant-based oyster sauce (or alternative)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place seasoned chicken skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, plant-based oyster sauce, and sesame oil for the glaze.
- Flip chicken, baste with the glaze, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Broil for an extra crispiness if desired.
- Let rest before serving.
