Ingredients
- 2 16 oz packs strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 14.25 oz box white cake mix
- 3 oz pack strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 24.3 oz no-bake cheesecake filling
Instructions
- Slice strawberries to lay flat and chop the rest; mix with sugar and refrigerate.
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions using egg whites. Bake in a greased 9×13 dish at 350°F for about 33 minutes.
- Dissolve the jello mix in boiling water; poke holes in the baked cake and pour the jello over it. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Spread the cheesecake filling on top and decorate with marinated strawberries.
