Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 medium orange, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 medium lemon, sliced into thin rounds
- ¼ cup honey or granulated sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a teapot or saucepan.
- Remove from heat and steep 4 black tea bags for about 5 minutes.
- While steeping, slice strawberries, orange, and lemon; set aside.
- After steeping, remove tea bags and let the tea cool slightly.
- In a pitcher, combine brewed tea with sweetener if desired; stir in sliced fruits.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour over the prepared iced tea. Garnish with mint leaves if using.
