Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Combine chopped strawberries and 2 tablespoons sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes to macerate.
- Make the Whipped Cream: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and optional vanilla extract until medium peaks form.
