- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
Instructions
- Slice all stone fruits thinly and remove pits from cherries.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced stone fruits, blueberries, and blackberries.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and fresh thyme until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the mixed fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour before serving.
