Instructions
- Wash and slice the tomatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds. Arrange them on a serving plate.
- Place the burrata in the center and gently tear it open to let the creamy interior spill out.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salad, then season with flaky salt and cracked black pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle balsamic glaze if desired.
- Serve immediately at room temperature.
