- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding (optional)
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- In a large bowl or stand mixer, whip the cold heavy cream and optional instant pudding mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes. Gradually increase to medium-high until soft peaks form.
- Add whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Beat on medium-high until well combined (about 1 minute). If too thick, add an extra tablespoon of heavy cream.
- Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with fresh berries or chocolate curls as desired.
