Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, chili paste, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli; cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed; garnish with cilantro before serving.
