Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in pasta, cover, and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Remove lid, stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
