- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Set up a breading station with one bowl of flour, another for beaten eggs mixed with Dijon mustard, and a third for crushed pretzels.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then press into the crushed pretzels.
- Place coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm milk and melt cheddar cheese; stir in Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Serve hot, drizzled with mustard-cheddar sauce.
